As you've noticed, I've said nothing about what camera you should be using. That is because good photos come from good photographers and not good cameras. Certainly, there are benefits to using more advanced cameras, but if you can't take a compelling photograph with a basic camera you'll never be able to with a professional camera either. That being said, let's have a discussion about cameras, lenses and the like.
